Application process flow

Below is to show the work flow until site application.

1) Analyzing contamination

Collect contamination from plant's filter, pipes, tanks, heat exchanger etc.

Inorganic contamination Specify the types of contamination by use of EDS analysis.
Organic contamination Specify the types of contamination by use of FT-IR

2) Dissolution & cleaning test

After specifying the contamination type, we will select 3-4 different types of cleaners that are applicable. Then we will test each cleaner to determine best cleaner and its best recipe.

3) Testing at the actual line (Sometime we omit this process)

By doing so, we will find out the best possible way to implement our process.
Some case, we will do extra cleaning (e.g. physical cleaning) as well as chemical cleaning.

4) Actual line application

Based on the result of above process and schedule, maintenance washing will take place.
After cleaning, we will report our progress through analyzing post-washing situation.
