slectronic parts.
To meet its demand, YUKEN will supply ultra fine pitch metal mask that uses our 40 years of accumulated knowledge of plating technology and ion-plating ability.

YUKEN's metal mask for fine pitch screening by treating additive metal mask with special surface treatment.
Additive metal mask has an advantage of having great dehesion characteristic. But having processed with special surface treatment of YUKEN, Yes Mask Model-ND has even better adhesion characteristic to give stable and reliable fine pitch screen printing.
Yes Mask model-ND, will be process to add 1μ filming in vacuumed condition to decrease friction (Friction coefficient Ni=0.7, ND=0.1) and decrease adhesion (Paste attachment angle Ni:10°ND:25°,) to make smooth and less paste waste.
Special filming has great adhesion property with base material and has hardness of Hv1200-1500,
It is chemically stable and high resistance against acid and alkaline.
Thus holds high level of durability.
