What is Y-coat

Y-coat

Y-coat is a ceramic film coating process using an ion-plating method.

Processing Y-coat on a die to increase sliding, resistance to heat, scratches, abrasion and welding leads to longer die life and consistent quality production.

Also, our original technique to remove and re-coat filming enables you to re-use die to reduce cost and be more environmentally friendly.
