METASU-YC is chrome free coating chemical although it has no hazardous chemicals (Chromate), METASU YC will give very high corrosion protection.
With its brilliant characteristic, it can be applied to any shaped parts.
combination with reaction type METASU YC-T will provide stable corrosion resistance against scratches on the surface.
■Corrosion resistance test by cross-cutting (SST:JIS Z-2371)
Because it has low viscosity, it can mitigate recess fill problem.
Because it require low temperature for baking compare to other coating process, the baking process does not damage processed products and also it can run with lower cost.
