PVD Processing is ;

PVD processing is one of the surface treatment techniques and the process creates thin layer made of ceramic on a product surface.

By having thin functional film, a metal material can have functional properties such as anti-abrasion, galling resistance, improving sliding, anti-adhesion, anti-heating, corrosion resistance, and so on.

This technology can be broadly applied to field of cutting instrument, dies, automotive parts, watches, medical instruments and others.
