Y-coat Type AⅡ

Film with highest specification in Y-coat history

・Demonstrates excellent wear resistance, heat resistance and surface flatness even under harsh conditions where galling, seizure and adhesive wear are likely to occur to the surface of dies as a result of hard material molding, dry processing and high cycling.

Y-coat Type BL

Our new product, Y-coat Type BL, can be applied to resin dies without affecting die surfaces and reduces tracing on molded parts.

　Prevents corrosion in gas-stagnant areas.

　Reduces parts appearance failures caused by gas stains.

　Decreases maintenance frequency as gas staining is reduced.

　Extends life of molding dies for GF materials, or those with engraved surfaces or sharp edges.
