Our new 『Y-coat Type X』 has evolved from our Y-coat series.
* Low temp. treatment 400℃～500℃.
No shape change through high temp, making it easy to re-assemble.
* Able to re-use the die through film removal and re-coating of Y-coat.
* Able to gain high durability that is capable of high tension steel and thick plate pressing even though it is processed with low temp process.
We have increased its performance to meet increasing market needs
When the film's distortion exceeds the limit by frictional resistance and surface pressure, cracks of the film will occur.
We have achieved highest level of hardness.
We have achieved highest level of hardness.
By making film harder and thicker, we have lowered tension distortion.
* We have solved problem of harder film causing internal pressure driven cracks.
* YUKEN's technique is the only way to achieve hardness of Hv3,500 ×10μm thickness by low temp. process.
